As a lean leader what I love the most about Bonnie is not only her belief in a roots up approach but her application of that. I have seen many examples of where lean management talks about customer/client involvement but Bonnie lives it- in her eyes everyone does have a valuable contribution to make. And as a result the quality of the organization goes up, and the costs and waste go down.
